AI Friendliness Version 1.06 Released

We just released a new version of the AI Friendliness WordPress plugin, with a clearer way to understand how AI tools interact with your website.

The LLM Traffic dashboard now separates “Confirmed AI referrals” from “Confirmed + likely AI traffic,” so site owners can tell the difference between verified AI-driven visits and broader AI activity like crawlers, fetchers, and other lower-confidence signals.

That matters because AI platforms often read far more of your site than they send back in referral clicks. This update gives website owners a more honest picture of how AI systems are finding, reading, and using their content.

The release also improves Gemini and Copilot detection, fixes today’s visit reporting for users in different timezones, and starts laying the groundwork for future AI Friendliness score trend reporting.
