A number of national chains are celebrating by offering — what else? — coffee. Dunkin’ Donuts is offering a cup of its new dark roast coffee, and McDonald’s has been giving away coffee during breakfast hours for two weeks, according to CNN.
Krispy Kreme is also giving away a 12-ounce coffee. The Canadian chain Tim Horton’s is celebrating by giving away gift cards, according to CNN.
Starbucks is not offering any in-store promotions, but it is offering $25 off $100 purchases on Starbucks.com, according to the Sun-Sentinel.
National Day Calendar also reports that certain Chick-fil-A chains, Wawa, LaMars, Pilot, Kangaroo Express and Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. are offering coffee or coupons.
